COVERAGE

DESCRIPTION

Bodily Injury Liability

Provides coverage if you or a covered driver are legally liable in an automobile accident in which others suffer bodily injury

Property Damage Liability

Provides coverage if you or a covered driver are legally liable for damages to another's property, including loss of use resulting from an auto accident (Required by Florida law)

Personal Injury Protection

Provides coverage for 80% of reasonable and necessary medical expenses, as well as coverage for income loss, loss of services, and funeral expenses resulting from bodily injury sustained by you, your covered passengers, or covered family members in a covered motor vehicle accident, regardless of the insured's negligence. This coverage is automatically provided in your policy up to $10,000 as required by Florida law. Deductibles up to $2000 are available.

Medical Payments

Provides coverage for doctor, hospital, and reasonable and necessary surgical expenses incurred by you, covered family members, and your covered passengers due to a covered accident regardless of the insured's fault.

Collision

Provides coverage for repairs to your insured vehicle up to the actual cash value, minus your policy deductible, if your auto is damaged in a covered accident.

Comprehensive

Provides coverage for direct and accidental loss to your covered car (up to the actual cash value less your deductible) caused by falling objects, fire, theft, vandalism, and many other non collision losses.

Rental Reimbursement

Available only if collision and comprehensive is included for the vehicle. This coverage provides reimbursement up to a selected limit per day for the cost of renting an car from a rental agency due to a covered collision or comprehensive loss.

Towing and Labor

Pays for labor done at the initial place of disablement and for towing made necessary by the disablement of the insured automobile

Sound System Coverage

Pays for the loss to a permanently installed sound system, its antennae and other apparatus. This coverage applies only if comprehensive coverage is included for the vehicle.
